We had another wonderful conference that had a lot of solutions and information exchanged. Some areas to highlight are the book application, quotable moments, and upcoming items such as podcasts from Great Exchange 2011 participants. The participants will be speaking about what they took away and how they have applied the information following the conference.
I wanted to say thank you once again for making this another memorable and solutions driven event. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

The City of Hurst held a dedication for their new conference center on the 2nd and 3rd of September. Over 300 people were able to attend the day and a half conference. I had the honor and privilege of attending as a guest.
I want to acknowledge Allan's leadership from the conception of the conference center plans to the dedication of it.
Allan and I talked about his new conference center and the impact it will have on the community. As a whole the conference was a success in hosting their first event.
In the last part of the podcast Allan share's his thoughts on how finding a mentor can help a young professional succeed in their career.
